Product Sourcing

We search worldwide, visit manufactures, conduct testing and attend international conferences to locate the products we consider are relevant, perform as stated and as expected to meet the needs of this industry. Where the products on our ‘approved list’ do not suit the requirements of an individual client, we will search the industry until we find the solution.

Field Testing

Field testing is essential to differentiate between manufacturer marketing brochures and actual capability.  Counter Drone Solutions field tests all of our products.

1. System Installation

Working with our manufacturers and industry partners, we are capable of installing counter drone solutions across Australasia.

2. System Training

Counter Drone Solutions includes system training in all product sales and access to online learning modules to keep up to date and for refresher training.

3. System Commissioning

In this process, we assure that all systems and components of are installed, tested, and operating as expected.  This process includes flying multiple missions, using multiple drones, with many variables, to ensure the system is ready for operational deployment.  For the flight operations, we are CASA licensed and insured.

4. Organisational Change

As part of our end to end solution, Counter Drone Solution’s will aid our clients in transitioning through the organisational change process.

The business case is developed during the early stages of a project and brings together the benefits, disadvantages, costs, and risks of the current situation and future vision so that executive management can decide if the project should go ahead.  We assist our clients with business case development as indicated in the below points.

Background Information:  A client is not always aware that they have a problem. As an example, an airport may not realise that drones are flying in the their approach/departure paths until a pilot reports sighting one.  Likewise, a prison may not realise that drones are delivering contraband into a prison without seeing it happen. Counter Drone Solution can assist clients with identifying the problem by deploying one our our systems to the location and capturing drone presence data.

Business objective: Whether the goal is to maintain security or ensure aviation safety, we can assist clients with understanding what is needed to overcome the problem and achieve their goal.

Benefits and limitations: Due to our industry expertise, we can assist our clients to determine the benefits of a counter drone system and any limitations.

Consulting

We will help a client find a solution to a known problem, by conducting analysis, identifying solutions, providing product suitability advice, provide recommendations, and product procurement .  By way of example, the aviation industry is aware of the problem posed to aviation safety by drones operating in the proximity to airports but the statistics only come from reported incidents. These reported incidents only relate to what has been physically seen and reported, and not whats actually out there.  We would analyse the airport environment, determine the numbers, identify a solution, provide advice and recommendations including product procurement.

This service will assist our clients by:
