What is the Droneshields RfOne MKII

The Droneshield RfOne MKII is the latest stationary RF detection product, delivering long range and highly accurate drone detection and tracking capabilities. RfOne MKII utilises the DroneShield proprietary detection database, with subscription based updates to keep up to date with the rapidly changing drone market. Deploying multiple RfOne MKII sensors across different installations enables triangulation to accurately position a drone threat on the map. Four RfOne MKII sensors are required for 360° coverage.

RfOne MKII is the ideal detection solution for large sites that require early detection and direction finding to a drone.

RF Triangulation with Multiple Droneshield RfOne Sensors

Droneshields RFOne MKII drone detection sensors detect drones by their radio frequency (RF) signatures and classifies them based on details recorded in the drone database which includes commercial and hobbyist drones. For triangulation, at least two sensors are deployed around a site and where their detection areas intersect triangulation is achieved.  Triangulation is important as it provides the exact location of the drone which is then visually displayed on the software interface providing situational awareness to the response team.
